"All of the employees make you want to come back! I know of at least 3 people who go there to browse and spend only a couple dollars finding a treasure when they are having a rough day. Or buy a bunch of stuff but at affordable prices downstairs.
The basement has become a regular for locals to come relax. Unless my special needs daughter is there. Lol. She likes to get a pair of high heels that she wears in the store before we buy and part of her disability is she loves the clacking noise. She likes to run back and forth and I don't let her when there's other guests, but if it's just her and I ill let her run around. She knows not touch breakables.
The owner came down one day and I thought she was going to be rude even though I donate to them and my mom buys a lot.
But she saw my daughter and smiled and said she was cute!!! My diagnosed autistic child who was enjoying the clacking of the shoes , she said was just fine without lecturing me about not letting her break anything. I decided right then this is a business who has earned my lifetime support!
